What Buyer and Seller Should Agree Before Payment

Before money moves, both sides should agree the exact item or service, condition, total price, delivery or work stages, evidence required, acceptance conditions, cancellation terms, and what happens if something goes wrong.

By Dealcova TeamReviewed

Define what is being bought

Name the item or service and record the important details: size, model, quantity, materials, condition, deliverables, or other specifications that affect the result.

Confirm the full amount

Separate the item or service amount from delivery, installation, platform, or other charges. Confirm the currency, payment stages, and when each amount is due.

Set timing and responsibilities

State who supplies information, prepares the item, dispatches or performs the work, receives delivery, and responds to a request for inspection or approval.

Agree proof and acceptance

Decide what progress or delivery evidence is needed, how the buyer confirms a milestone, and what counts as a problem that needs review.

Record the final terms

Keep one final version of the agreement. In Dealcova, the item or service, milestones, evidence, approval, dispute activity, and outcome can remain in the same deal record.
