What Dealcova Covers in an Online Transaction

Dealcova records the transaction only after both sides enter the Dealcova deal flow. Messages, promises, or payments made outside that flow are not part of the Dealcova deal record.

Where the conversation can begin

A buyer and seller can meet on WhatsApp, Instagram, Jiji, TikTok, Facebook, through a referral, or in person. They do not need to move their marketing or chat history to Dealcova.

When Dealcova starts recording

The Dealcova record begins when a deal request is created and accepted. The item or service, price, milestones, funding status, progress evidence, approval, dispute activity, and recorded outcome then stay with that deal.

What remains outside the record

Side agreements, direct transfers, cash payments, and fulfilment evidence that are never added to the deal are not verified by Dealcova. A seller profile also does not turn an unrelated outside transaction into a Dealcova transaction.

A practical boundary

Before funding, confirm that the item, amount, milestones, delivery expectations, and acceptance conditions shown in Dealcova match what you agreed elsewhere. Keep important progress and proof in the deal record.
