Final Confirmation and Auto-Confirmation on Dealcova
After the seller submits proof for the current milestone, the buyer can approve it or raise a dispute during the review window. An eligible milestone can auto-confirm if that window expires without either action.

The current review window
Dealcova's configured default gives the buyer 72 hours after proof submission to review the milestone. The deployed deadline is configuration-driven and is shown in the deal. The current implementation schedules reminders after 24, 48, and 60 hours so the buyer can act before the deadline.
Approving the milestone
Buyer approval records acceptance of the current milestone. The deal then moves to the next milestone or, if it was the final milestone, to its completed outcome and related payment instruction.
Raising a dispute
The buyer can dispute while the transaction is awaiting approval. The transaction moves into the dispute state and an unresolved dispute blocks approval and auto-confirmation while the evidence is reviewed.
When auto-confirmation applies
If the deadline passes while the milestone is still eligible, has submitted proof, and has no unresolved dispute, the system records auto-confirmation and advances the deal through the same approval flow. If a problem is noticed later, contact Dealcova support; do not assume the earlier milestone is still in its pre-confirmation dispute window.
