How to Show That an Online Business Is Legitimate in Nigeria
No single badge proves that an online business will fulfil every future order. A stronger public presence combines consistent business details, accurate offers, clear terms, verifiable fulfilment evidence and an honest record of completed work.

Make the business easy to identify
Use a consistent business name, contact channel, location where appropriate, payment identity and social links. Explain legitimate differences instead of asking a buyer to guess.
Show current, specific offers
Use current photos or examples, describe condition and limitations, state availability, and publish the full price and delivery or service scope. Avoid claims that cannot be checked.
Document the agreement
Before payment or production, record the item or service, total amount, delivery or work stages, deadlines, changes, cancellation terms and acceptance condition.
Keep useful fulfilment proof
Retain dispatch details, delivery events, work-stage evidence and buyer confirmation where available. Remove private information before sharing any example publicly.
Use history accurately
Eligible completed-deal records and reviews can add context to a public profile. They describe recorded history and do not certify the business or guarantee a future result.
