Dealcova terms in plain language
Use this glossary when reading a seller profile, setting up a deal or reviewing what happened. Product behavior and applicable rules remain the source of truth for each transaction.
Deal
A structured activity between a buyer and seller with agreed terms, progress, evidence and an outcome.
Deal terms
The details both sides agree before proceeding, such as the item or service, price, delivery, dates, fees and cancellation conditions.
Milestone
A meaningful step in a deal, such as an approval, dispatch, delivery, handover or service stage.
Evidence
Information attached to a deal to help show what happened, such as a receipt, dispatch record, delivery update or message.
Identity check
A verification signal used by Dealcova to indicate that an eligible account has completed the applicable identity-check process.
Completed-deal history
A record of deals marked completed on an eligible public seller profile. It is one signal to consider and is not a guarantee of future performance.
Dispute
A disagreement about the terms, progress, evidence or outcome of a deal that may need review under the applicable platform rules.
Cancellation
The process for ending a deal under its agreed terms or the applicable platform rules before the expected outcome.
Outcome
The recorded result of a deal, such as completed, cancelled or disputed, based on the activity and rules that apply.
Eligible public seller
A seller profile the backend has marked as suitable for public discovery under Dealcova’s current visibility rules.
Public store
The customer-facing seller page that presents an eligible seller’s public profile and available catalog information.
Provider
An external service used for a specific platform capability, such as identity checks or payment infrastructure. Provider involvement does not mean endorsement.
